This secluded plot feels a lot larger than its 1/4 acre.  It is snug and sheltered from anything coming from the North or East.  The Westerly aspect is evolving. The immediate foreground is a half acre nature area.  The middle distance will some become obscured by vegetation from natural regeneration. The progressive removal of a tall alder stand is opening the far view to the hills.   Seen today the plot has a temporary through route to the lower plots.  This is there ready to aid construction logistics.  Once the house is completed, the ground will have own dedicated access through the granite wall from the private road.
